A private residence composed entirely from triangulated volumes.

A monolithic dark stone container for contemporary memory.

A 24-storey commercial tower with a facetted glass envelope.

We map the site in dimensions, climate, memory and human flow before any line is drawn.

We reduce the brief into its irreducible geometric core — a triangle of intent.

Our studio operates from Prishtine, with permanent commissions across the Balkans and ongoing work in Western Europe, the Gulf and East Africa. Every project is led from start to finish by one of our founding architects.
